Milky Way features a constellation of deep blue lab grown sapphires, interspersed with natural Ceylon sapphires in light and mid-blue tones, for the more icy hues.
The stones are scattered across a rough (but soft to touch), eroded surface that cuts through an otherwise polished sterling silver band.

Solid silver and gold are durable materials, but they will naturally pick up marks, scratches and changes in finish over time. Sterling silver may also darken or oxidise. These changes are normal and part of the lifespan of the piece.
To clean most pieces, use warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush, then dry thoroughly.
Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine, heavy impact and hot springs. Gemstone pieces should be treated with a little more care, as different stones have different levels of durability.
For oxidised or heavily textured pieces, avoid aggressive polishing, as this can remove intentional darkened areas or change the finish.
