To request a resize, please email skye@oktoberskye.com with:

• your name
• order number, if available
• a description and pictures of the issue
• your desired size and current size

Please wait for a confirmation before sending your piece back to OKT.

There are plenty of at-home methods for measuring your ring size, but we don’t recommend them because accuracy matters.

The best way to find your size is to visit a local jeweller and have your finger measured properly. Let them know how thick your desired band is and most jewellery stores will do this for free. It only takes a few minutes.

For the best fit, we recommend this before placing your order.

If the correct size is in stock, an exchange can be arranged. Otherwise, complimentary resizing is available where the design can reasonably be resized. You cover the postage associated with resizing.
